Processing
Our graphics department is well-equipped with software to prepare your art files for proper plate generating. We provide detailed proofs for all printing plates. A high-quality image setter is used to make films for screens and plate making. Our plate department is experienced and equipped with the tools to repeatedly make high quality plates. We can make acid etch, laser engraved, and polymer plates with quick turnaround times.
Laser Engraving
Kent manufactures high end laser engraving equipment to allow for detailed quality of graphic and simple interface. Our team is set-up with a laser than can produce plates with dead-on technology for all types of printing equipment. We also offer laser engraving equipment for purchase if your volume dictates that need.
